Mattel handheld value?

So, heres a bit of a gem of a find by parents, they were clearing out an old lock-up and this was just sitting in a crate (along with a bunch of tiger comics complete from 1982-1984) but i cant seem to find one in this good condition of which to draw a price from and possibly a bit of info so if anyone knows anything about value i would love to know.
