Every system that I own looks like this one. I take particular pride is showing off like new consoles. Sure takes a lot of time, but well worth it in the end.
I like Nintendo's, They are Super.

The price is a bit much, methinks. A Buy-It-Now of around $60 would be more like it, considering the pretty minor labor time involved (and the fact that he calls his process "elementary" -- meaning that, you know, maybe I could do it myself anyway).

But you gotta admit, he does beautiful work...

They do look nice, yes. But even a reconditioned unit isn't worth $90. A $40-$50 BIN would be a bit more acceptable.

I find it hard to believe that "sodapop" is common problem with Ataris. Why would you put that near the console anyway?
RIP bargora, you will be greatly missed. That is how we do things on Giedion Prime.

Wow. I have a giant pile of 'refurbished' Genesis consoles. Maybe I could get an extra 40-50 a piece for them. Yeah... That's the ticket...

Good point. Dust, yes; chip or cookie crumbs, maybe; liquid, no. When using any electronic equipment, I tend to keep my beverages as far-the-hell away as possible -- usually on the floor in a safe, spill-proof location. I spend too much on this stuff to be careless!

Actually, now that I think about it, I'd almost prefer to buy a dirty Atari provided it works well -- that way, you know it's been given proper use and not packed away somewhere. Gotta give it room to stretch its legs, eh? :P
