I've never played it, but Stubbs the Zombie is one of the most creative concepts I've ever heard of. You actually play at the zombie for once, and prey on the humans. I own it, and really have been meaning to get around to playing it one day...

I bought Crimson Skies for about $5 at TRU a few years ago, and liked it a lot.

Burnout 3. I'm not normally a racing game person, but this one is good....definitely in my top 10 games of all time.

Steel Batallion (assuming you want to fork out the cash for it). I unique gaming experience, and the only reason I bought my Xbox.

And as mentioned, Crimson Skies is top notch.

Pure pinball is a great pinball game and a sleeper. Cheap on Amazon too. Almost as good as Williams on the new systems too. BC with 360.

Crimson Skies is a gem on the system and I'm pretty surprised that a sequel hasn't been talked about for the 360. It's kind of like Mad Max with biplanes and has nice graphics, gameplay, voice acting, and storyline. You can find this game all day for no more than $5 and is money well spent.

The Suffering (multi platform, but scariest game on Xbox)

Time Splitters Future Perfect (very under rated shooter)
Driv3r (Awesome fun! But was better when you could watch and upload funny videos to XBL)
