I've been looking all over to find information about this demo.

Does anyone one have any information on it? Like who it was given to, how rare it is, etc?

Ugh, my bad for not replying back to you sooner via Game Rave.

Shouldn't be that uncommon. Most demo discs were given away or used as pre-order bonuses.
