Well that was one but that's not in the PSP game. The one I'm talking about is just about any enemy early on in the game. Go to Cairo for example and just keep hitting defend. The Sand Sahagins might get one turn to your four(or more.) Go back and play the SNES and PSX games and the speed will be normal. The same thing happens whenever fighting a Mage in the Metal Cave. It's not a bug, I just think that they put the speed rating way too low on those enemies on accident.
