So as we've all come to agree, Earthbound is a joke of a game but with a Mona Lisa price tag. Nothing about it makes sense, it's readily available, yet somehow commands a ridiculous price due to all the fanboy pricks. Now this all started because idiots began to praise this "lost" classic, and of course, all the lemmings bought into the hype, and now we have the current situation.
Now this got me thinking. Why don't we all join forces to artificially inflate the price of another game. We will call this project: Operation Earthbound 2. The game has to be cheap in price, available and average. It also has to be an rpg, since a lot of moron gamers seem to like that category of games.
My research has led me to the following game to inflate. I nominate Arcana for the SNES.
Okay, here's the plan: I need everyone who does reviews, whether on youtube, through your own websites etc to make reviews of Arcana and praise it as being the greatest rpg game with an amazing story full on interesting quirks that doesn't take itself serious. In your reviews, please use the following keywords: revolutionary, extremely rare, limited production, highly valuable, must have, innovative, ground-breaking, deep, highly desirable, collectible etc. Remember, the goal is to make the zombie morons believe the game is rare/valuable so we can jack up the price.
So spread the word and start those reviews. Satoshi and others with game review websites, get on this immediately. Let's get this game on ebay above the $100 price ASAP.
thank you.
