If I recall correctly, you can use a Sega CD or Genesis 1 power supply. But don't quote me on that.

All I ever found myself was a loose Turbo CD, I know by itself it uses the same adapter as the Turbografx console(which should be compatible with a Genesis 1 power supply). I never found the base, but from what I've read online the base required a different adapter with different values if you're using the Turbo CD with the Turbografx console. Otherwise it would be underpowered.
