I bought a bunch of games from blockbluster. All of them came in the ugly rental cases. So I need replace with real PS3 cases.
Where can I buy cases without buying online?

I don't know for sure but I purchased brand new xbox 360 cases at best buy a few months ago. There is a chance that company may make ps3 cases too. The company is Rocketfish Gaming.
The games you purchased didn't come with the cases? I know that at the Blockbuster where I live at, for game rentals it has the video game case and then a box behind it as a placeholder which you were to bring the placeholder box up front to rent the game.
I'm not sure if they still do this, but I think that all movies and games come in the original packaging but without being sealed. The employees have to swap them out for the Blockbuster specific cases.
You could always go to your Blockbuster and question them about that. If they're going to throw away a bunch of PS3 cases then I'm sure they'd just let you have some since you bought the game from there. You'd just have to wait until the next game release that they're likely to get. So question them about it and then see when the next big game release is for the PS3 where they're more than likely going to get a lot of copies.
I'm pretty sure they don't do that anymore. The games I rented from them were in their actual cases with a rental sticker on the front of the case, which was taken to the counter and the game was placed inside to take home. The placeholders on the shelf for rented titles was a printed sign.
OP, if you do find an outlet on these, do post about it, as I'm sure it would be beneficial to many.
You can easily find appropriate size/shaped clear PS3 style Blu-Ray cases in bulk online with a bit of Googling and/or eBaying.
I saw a few listings for 25 cases for around $10.
Any particular reason why there's resistance to buy online? This isn't the type of thing that brick/mortar retail outlets specialize in.
