I don't know how well the Wii holds up, but the Gamecube holds up pretty damn well. Even if the Gamecube did get a free pass from the first test as it didn't hit dead center like the other two consoles due to how small it is. It got quite a hit, but not the same as the other two consoles as most of the weight was off the side of it. Anyways, pretty cool video.

At the end when 15 was called, the PS3 was thrown one more time, atleast a second later. If not for that it actually would have not been in pieces. Not to mention the guy also threw it to the ground four times and hit it with a brick while it was on the ground before that. Would have been nice to see if it would turn on without that last throw.

I think it's funny that out of all my current gen systems my Wii is the only one to have recently broke. I have an older model 360 and the original 60 gig PS3 and they still run fine. But my Wii won't power up anymore. I've unplugged everything and plugged it back in and the standby light won't even come on red anymore. I'm debating about getting a used one from craigs list or just waiting for the inevitable price drop below $100 to get another one. I'm not in any rush since I hardly ever play it anyway.

It sounds like your power supply is toast. Have you tried another power supply with your Wii?

Good catch. I switched to a different wall outlet and it's working again. I've never had an outlet die on me like that before although I have dealt with ones that have never worked from the start. Anyway, now my Wii can go back to collecting dust.

From my experience most used Nintendo consoles hold up pretty well provided they weren't owned by a retard. If you're gonna buy used, make sure it comes with at least a month warranty.

I grabbed up a used Wii at the first of this year. Got a 2 year Square Trade warranty on it, an added plus. Have had no problems with it.
