Buying to resell. Is it worth it for me to drive 45 minutes to pick it up?
I can probably get him to go down on price.

I'd get his price down. A little bit too much shlock in there for reselling purposes. $75 would give you some buffer.
That's about what I was thinking. Just needed a second opinion.
I can't believe I never looked at craigslist before last week. What have I been missing out on!
Exactly what you have been missing out on!
Craigslist people, are they serious?!??

I know! I've been out of the scene for a few years. Took some time off to get a solid job and start a family. Kids take a long time.
I'm pretty much hooked now. Damn internet.
Even at $75 that one is borderline to me if you have to drive 45 min (I'm assuming each way). You'll make some money, but that's an awful lot of gas and time, esp. since you have kids.
I would think the boxed system would go for around $75 by itself. Final Fight 3 is a $30~40 game. I'd separate out All Stars and DKC 2 and sell the rest for $60 or so.
That Donkey Kong Country set, I think, is pretty rare. I can't find a single one on ebay, and I just bought one of the few that were on there a few days ago for $65. A brand new one was going for $400, and the rest (besides mine) were going close to $200.
I feel like it's worth it even though there's a lot of resell garbage in there, but talking a person down always feels good and makes the purchase feel more valuable especially when reselling.
I'm pretty sure he will ship it to me for $100. I'll ask. Or maybe I'll offer $75 shipped and see what he says.
There are two systems included, I think it's already a good price for what's included. Four of the games are basically crap, the rest are pretty good(at least worth $5 each). Maybe he doesn't know what it's really worth, I can't understand why else he would be including an NES Zapper with it.
Personally if I was selling a large bundle of stuff for $100 and someone offered me $75 shipped, I'd tell them to F off. Not in those words exactly but I'd not take them seriously and I won't bother dealing with them, while making a personal note of the email address to avoid dealing with them in the future.
Good call Gameguy. I didn't offer it since I thought it was a fair price. I am waiting to see if he'd ship it for $100
Hey if you go to Fort Wayne hit up the Mcvans store on Maplecrest.
They have all their boxed snes/nes/n64 stuff buy 1 get one 1/2 off
They also got all the stuff from the Indy store after it closed.
I just got back from visiting my parents in Angola and hit up the Mcvans and got a boatload of boxed/complete games. There are some cheap ones left.
Thanks, I'll check them out next time. If craigslist doesn't keep sucking up my money.
