it was a second hand one i got for like $40 so i don't think so, Xbox 360 white , no hard drive.

Barring that if you can find one of the older big units that has the Jasper chipset it will more than likely not die on you. At least the failure rate is considerably lower than the previous revisions. I'd also recommend installing your games as 1. it makes far less noise and 2. it runs cooler thereby extending your consoles life.
