Is it HuCard only? In jewel case? Complete in box with outer cardboard box?

I'd say $10 isn't unreasonable if it's complete with everything. I vividly remember paying only .88¢ for my CIB copy years ago but I'm kicking myself because I picked it out of a case lot at some closeout store. Hindsight being 20/20, I REALLY wish I just bought the whole box.
