How about a box where people can drop broken hardware, so that other people with the skills to repair it (or for people who need parts) can have it for free.
I've got a broken SMS AC and RF I could donate.
Anyone like/dislike this idea?

At last year's CGE, there was a table next to the front door for giveaways. There was a stack of Tips and Tricks, CGE bottuns one year, etc. Vendors would sometimes just drop off stuff so someone passing by could grab it. Some items I saw were old issue of misc. gaming mags, some Japanese manga, flyers and wha-not. I dropped off 3 or 4 Hozer Video canvas bags myself. That might be a good place to put up some signage - "CGE Giveaway. Got something you don't want? Drop it here! See something you want? Take it home!" And, whatever's left at show close on final day gets tossed in the garbage. Ta-dah.
Still Around...Still Gamin'...
Table would also be a good place for people to drop off their non-winning Punkoffgirl 2600 carts. Not everyone's gonna want a spare Combat/Pac-Man/Missile Command. But there may be some fledgling collectors who would grab a few of the spares...

Already planning for that, Tim.
I have a broken Game.com system I'd throw in there...free stuff sounds good to me.
I like your idea a lot, Keith. Let's make it happen!
I like the idea too,I am sure I can come up with some stuff.
