Default what could I get for some Pelican Real Arcade Universals?

I've had these sticks for awhile but I'm wanting to get rid of them just to clear up space since I don't use them anymore (the Universal model doesn't work at all on Slim PS2s, which is the only of the three supported systems that I even own). I'm wondering if they're worth anything or if I'll have to practically give them away.

A problem is that since they're bulky the shipping is probably going to be killer, unless somebody can think of a way to lower the cost somewhat.

    Any help, please? Thanks.

If they're in good shape, I'd put 'em right around $20 each, before shipping. Seems like they should be worth more, but the components are trash. I've got one, and because the stick and buttons are so "bleh", I never use it. There have also been a few horror stories passed around that using it on one console, and then plugging it into another can short out the controller port on the second console (XBox to PS2, if I recall).

Their value pretty much lies in that they make excellent cases for custom sticks. With only a little effort, the stick and buttons can be swapped out with Happ parts (or others) and brought up to proper standards. There's also plenty of room inside to throw in a wired 360 or PS3 controller PCB, and mod it to work with either of those systems.

And yes, shipping is the killer. People are willing to hand over about $40 for one of these shipped, but of course $15-20 of that ends up going toward shipping costs.

If you're at all handy with a soldering iron, you could mod one of these to work with just about any console you own, if you decide it's not worth selling.

Darn things won't fit in any of the flat rate boxes, so you're still looking at over $15 to ship. For these things, UPS Ground is the way to go.

    Ahahahahahahaha.

It costs almost $10 to send a TWO POUND PACKAGE ACROSS THE COUNTRY. Priority prices are a goddamn ripoff. Parcel Post might be a better option but it's still pricey unless you send something that's over ten pounds.

Oh, sorry I forgot about this topic!

Anyway, I don't know the first thing about controller modding. If I did I'd replace the PCB to make these into standard PS2 controllers (I've heard that if you do though then you can't switch the stick to analog mode, which is something I'd miss), as well as replace the buttons and stuff. So I'm likely gonna end up selling them.

Gonna see what the lowest shipping price I can get is.
