Question on feedback
So today I received a lot of atari games that I bought on Ebay. I asked the seller to please package well, and if he needed more money for shipping I would gladly give it to him. He contacted me back like five days later about the packaging, granted he lives in michigan about an hour away so I am thinking my package should be showing up. Anyways, he says if you want me to package them in newspaper all separate or something I will have to figure out what I will charge you for my time, because I had them all boxed up before the end of the auction. So, I just send him a message at this point saying well if you have them packaged already, and are confident they will be okay go ahead and ship them.
Another week goes by, and I get the box today. I picked the box up and heard all the games rattling around. I open up the box and there is not one single piece of shipping material in the box and they are all loose not even snug in the box at least. It was a box of 110 games so there was some weight there. At least a dozen games no longer have the labels attached and they were just bouncing around the whole time in shipping.
So here is my question. Does this seller deserve at least a neutral? I think so, but of course the seller did not leave me any feedback yet. So he pisses me off, and does not except returns, but now I have to worry about a retaliation feedback if I give him what he deserves.
