I'm getting mine in a day or to, just ordered tonight.
They give you a cool carrying case, although I'm unsure what I'm supposed to carry in it...
Inside there is the vaunted orange memory card that you can keep on a keychain. The headset is included as well as the beta pack containing the setup disc & a copy of ReVolt, a second backup copy of that disc, and a third disc containing the online-only version of NFL Fever 2003.
Also, all documentation & instructions are included. Not a bad deal at all & Live itself is awesome! I was even able to luck out and get my preferred Gamer ID (Jaybird).
