Would someone help me with this game, please?

Ok, I got a bunch of items this last weekend and thanks to my trusty (new) DP Guide I was able to tell what they are. Well... all except this one (see link) and another that looks just like it. I was able to find the title of the other game and it's under Intellivision so I assume these are just a different design for that system?!? Anyone care to help me out?

Yup, that's an M-Network game for the 2600.
