Yes, your package has shipped. I would appreciate anybody who has got their stuff on this thread to reply saying so. Tom said he has not got his money back, paypal says all his payments has been reversed or refunded and I owe paypal a ton. Tom also refuses to reply to my email that I sent which is this.

once again is I am sorry for what happened. I am not a thief looking to
screw people out of their money. What happened to you and the five other
people on ebay was a bad financial decision by me, and my wife would not
have any of it, you know that story. My feedback before all of this was
good on ebay and is perfect here. The other handles I had all came from
that one warranty I didnt cover because I knew I was being robbed, way back
in 2002.

do not have those funds and you know all this. I didn't get anything, a
letter, phone call, nothing to me from police, lawyer, etc. I thought this
was handled and you were taken care of....

You see, that's the thing. I wouldn't spend $13,000 on sealed games (hell, I've never spent $1,300 on ANY game or amount of games). I wouldn't do a side deal for most of those games outside of eBay's protection. I wouldn't immediately air my dirty laundry to a bunch of people not involved with the situation. And I sure as shit wouldn't come off like I am completely nuts trying to get the person in question banned off every forum they can find, the way you are. You are coming off like an alarmist.
