Almost everything I play is older games, so it's really hard to pick just one. Phantasy Star Online (DC) is my favorite game of all time, but I don't really play it anymore and I don't really consider it "old school." I find myself coming back to Demon Attack on the 2600 pretty often.

I break out and beat Wasteland, Zork I-III, and Beyond Zork on my Apple II and beat them at least once a year. Don't know why, but there's something comforting and familiar about them. I'll also beat Miner on my Atari 8-bit at least once a year.
