I always wanted that big case.
I got the little pouch.
Ha! Ha, I say! I have a far more extensive collection than yours. I don't have Chess Challenge, but then I couldn't care less about chess in any way, shape, or form. One of those I've never even bothered to seek out, along with all the sports games. I still have most of my boxes, and most of which still have the purchase receipts inside them. I loved the hell out of the Lynx, so much so that I used a Dremel tool to slice notches through the inside of CD jewel cases so I could store all my games in a CD rack, along with nice printed labels. Years later when I had a scanner and a good printer I then printed proper labels from the box art.
I used to stuff two Lynx units into my big case and take them to work with me. One of my co-workers back in the early '90s was an out of work cargo pilot, and we'd spend our break time playing Warbirds against each other. Man, that was so much fun. I've got so many good memories relating to the Lynx. That's why I've never really adopted another handheld since. Until the GBA came out, nothing could touch it in terms of power, everything else seemed like a downgrade.
nice collection. I had and enjoyed one certainly powerful at the time of its release (but also huge and very uncomfortable imo)
I feel I've always neglected this awesome system. Had it since '91 and still only have 7 games, but worse, until 2006 I only had 3 games!
..and one of them was Batman Returns.
