I played and beat Intel Discovery and then spent a good amount of time collecting missing achievements in Halo 4.

I haven't been playing a whole lot unless you count some QA testing I've been doing on an iPhone game lately.
But I'm still sporadically working on the post-game stuff in Jeanne d'Arc on PSP. I'm pretty ready to move on, but I just have a tiny bit left to 100% my file so I'm going to stick with it till then. Other than that, my brother-in-law got a Wii U, so I got to try out some Nintendo Land and New Super Mario Bros. U. It's nothing I'd drop $400 on, but it was fun. Yesterday we did some multiplayer gaming on the N64, and I jumped in on Cruis'n USA for a laugh and then pulled out Bomberman 64 (the 2D Japan-exclusive one) since I hadn't touched it in years. Good times.
Tetris Attack on SNES
SimCity 4 on Windows PC
Super R-Type on SNES
It's been a while since I've posted anything but there have been a couple games that have gotten my attention lately:
Gran Turismo 5 XL Edition (PS3)
Batman: Arkham City Game of the Year Edition (PS3)
I have been playing Gran Turismo 5 like mad because I like the idea of the different cars. I am driving cars I have always wanted to own as well as ones I will never even think for a second I can afford! I am trying to keep most of the cars stock and upgrading only the ones I absolutely need to win races. The computer (B-Spec) races are interesting as you're just sitting there telling the driver what to do. Its almost a step above an instant replay!
I played Batman Arkham City a little bit when I first got it. I am not entirely bowled over yet. I love the story and the game is beautiful, but I am not so sure about the location. Arkham Asylum was huge and this makes that look tiny in comparison! I will probably rotate back and forth between the two games and the others in my library.
Konami arcade games -Frogger,Parodius (Da!),Track & Field,TMNT,Salamander /(Lifeforce),Scramble,Hot Chase,Konami GT,Time Pilot,Amidar,Time Pilot 84,Gyruss,Tutankham
I FINALLY cleared the third and final set of Colosseum battles in Jeanne d'Arc for PSP, which in turn were the hardest battles in the whole game, so I feel pretty accomplished about that. Even with a party all maxed out at level 99, it still was tricky and required a bit of luck (and bad luck screwed me over on my first attempt of the 10th battle). Now to just get a couple items I'm missing and I'll be finished. When all is said and done, I'll have put just about as much time into the post-game as the main game. Pretty crazy. And here I thought this would be a quick one. One thing is for certain, I definitely got my strategy RPG fix, and that should last a while.
Around Christmas, I also did some more Nintendo 64 multiplayer gaming. Played some two-player Goemon's Great Adventure which was really fun, and we did some four-player Mario Kart 64 too. Even to this day, I don't think there's any four-player competitive game better than Mario Kart 64's battle mode. It just never gets old.
The Walking Dead episode 1 is free on XBL right now. I downloaded it yesterday and couldn't stop playing it until I completed it. The point and click majority of gameplay it mostly implores isn't really my style but I was hooked on the story from the beginning. I suggest that everyone with an XBL account download it while it's still free.
I also played 1 vs. 100 on my DS while waiting for my car to get serviced at the dealer. It's fun and addictive but the XBL version from a few years ago was way better. And I played Happy Wars and Halo 4 as well. Happy Wars is....um, the kind of game I would expect to play on a tablet or smartphone. You know, if I actually played games on a tablet or smartphone. It was still pretty fun at times, if a bit mindless.

Hurray, I finally have a 100% completion file in Jeanne d'Arc, so back to the shelf it goes. Same with the PSP; between Castlevania and this, I've had my fill for a while.
I'm also starting to try out some of the games I got on and before Christmas. I've got quite the pile to go through, but for now I played a little Golden Sun: Dark Dawn for DS. Fun stuff, but I'll have to play the original game before I get to this. Funny enough I've had that game since near its launch and still haven't played through it. Still need to pick up the second game sometime.
I tried playing Tomb Raider III again on the PS1. This is the second time I put the game down. I really enjoyed playing TR2, but I really don't enjoy TR3 for some reason.
ANGRY BIRDS...with my wife....
