Unless your PS1 isn't modded I'm not sure what the point is, these don't have cartridges to pop into the rear parallel port do they?

From what I recall they have many built in codes and further codes are saved to PS1 Memory card. Load disc. select codes and the program stops the disc spinning allowing you to pop open lid and insert original game disc. At this point you select load game with codes and disc starts spinning up again, I might be slightly off on details but that is the gist of it..........
