You cant figure this out? You sir, suck at Tetris.
Take the DVDs or whatever cases are on the side open ends of the TV stand and put the where the xbox is. Put the Xbox vertically oriented on the right side so it can vent away from the unit. Put the Ps3 on the opposite open end. Done.
And that Xbox 1 is going to die a terrible death in that enclosed space. Get the 360 out of that enclosed space, fan shoots the hot air up and keeps it in that enclosure and sucks it up again on its left side.
While you are at it, take the factory stickers off the TV. Looks ridiculous like when people don't take the wrist strain warnings off keyboards.

Dude, please. You ought to see my room sometime. It's like half the size of that one.
I see absolutely nothing wrong with your current setup, but you're probably gonna have to live with just hooking up the one system (per television... there's a luxury I don't have) that you're actually playing. So if you wanna safely hook up a PS3 you'll have to simply unhook the X-Box 360 and put it away for awhile.
You might POSSIBLY be able to sit the PS3 directly in front of that big flatscreen you have there, depending on which model you have and if you don't mind the aesthetics. Or else hollow out the drawer below the 360 and put the PS3 there, but that means giving up a drawer, which you might be using for all I know.
Otherwise, I'm not sure what to tell you.
After seeing the picture I can tell you that I would do what Edmond suggested if I were in your situation.
Well, one redeeming quality that assholes have (which is often mistaken by mild mannered idiots as a vice) is calling it exactly as they see it.
No, I cannot see why someone would want to stack their consoles in that picture. Use that Feng Shui! Reconfigure! Be better!
Jimmy and Edmond are correct.
Before you stack, make sure you wrap them in R-19 insulation.
If you think that's not a lot of space then you must be very well off, you have a ton of space if you can fit 2 TVs(one widescreen) with entertainment cabinets, a computer cabinet with desktop computer, a full size keyboard, and a bed.
You should get a plastic mat for the office chair so you won't ruin the carpet.
If that's not enough space for these things to run then they're not designed for normal use, I'm sorry but that's plenty of space to leave around electronics to run properly.
As Edmond Dantes said, you'll probably have to make do with having one console hooked up at a time. The only possible way around this would be to find a way to use your space more efficiently. I would start with looking at how you are utilizing your vertical space, as your picture hints that you are not using it that well. Also, be prepared to build some shelves yourself, or be "creative" with what you can find.
⃟Mario says "... if you do drugs, you go to hell before you die."
There are always some sitting patiently, waiting for the opportunity. (This is the internet you know.)
In fairness to those who were swinging at a bit of a softball pitch, your initial post was borderline farcical. I was going to post a squinting Philip J. Fry "not sure if serious" gif myself, but thought better of it once the dogpile started.
If you had shared the photo of the room and been more detailed/specific with your thought process, or just asked for suggestions on how to arrange your consoles in that space you probably wouldn't have attracted those looking to lay bricks in an asshole comedy-pyramid.
Don't let the asholes discourage you. If I had, I probably wouldn't have lasted a week.
"And the book says: 'We may be through with the past, but the past ain't through with us.'"
Frankie's right, OP. I've been 'dog piling' him for years now, and I like him just fine.
I was right, though: this is definitely one of those half thought out threads that everyone regrets later.
I think this would work. I'm not sure what side the fan openings are on the 360, but the fat PS3 has them on the right(assuming the same for the slim.) By putting your PS3 on the right side, whether it's by keeping your tv where it is or moving it to the left a bit, the PS3 fan openings shouldn't be closed. Doing this your tv won't be centered where it's at, but there will be enough room to keep both your consoles hooked up by doing so. Assuming you keep the 360 where it's at.
Please don't stack your consoles on top of each other.
Another thing to avoid, regardless of the console generation or of type of device (aside from a lamp) is to plug your electronics into a power outlet linked to a dimmer. That's a mistake I did several years ago with my old SNES and it was a really bad idea, as it fried the SNES' power supply.
They sell those VCR shelfs. They are just a small shelf that lets the VCR fit under an old-style TV. It has 4 legs and a shelf on top, the whole thing is about six inches tall and a few feet(if that) wide. Buy two of them and put the TV on top of them(putting the shelves side by side). Then put the systems under the TV.

That suggestion was already made in that thread, but it is probably the easiest solution that wouldn't end up killing either console.
