    Those don't look like EPROM's, they are most likely mask ROM's and they do look like they are for an arcade machine.

    Just a guess ...

    Rainbow TOS is an operating system for Atari ST computers.

    Yep those are TOS chips for the Atari ST. Rainbow TOS (TOS 1.4) was the final TOS (The Operating System) upgrade for the regular ST line before they went to Mega ST's. In case your wondering, it's called Rainbow TOS because the Atari Fuji symbol in the information box is rainbow colored.

    Nothing rare to see here. Move along...
