Tales of the Abyss 3D: Pal version rare?

I've been wanting to pick up Tales of the Abyss 3D at some point but due to having a huge backlog and quite a few games for Christmas, I've put it off. I just checked Amazon and brand new it's currently going for over £70! With no used copies available.

Thinking about it, I've yet to see an actual copy in a store (and I've been keeping an eye out) and not many online retailers seem to stock it and those who do are OOS. Anyone know how limited the print run was? I find it hard to believe these days a game would have this a limited run.

I wouldn't even be that fussed but now I have to contend with region locking on my Nintendo handhelds, importing a US copy isn't an option.

(If anyone sees a copy for sale, £35 or less, please let me know EDIT: Well I have found it for £30 off a less mainstream site but still it seems rather limited in availability)
