When ever I'm playing my NES there is these wave like line's that come down my T.V while I'm playing any knowledge on what exactly is going on I've tried multiple T.V so it's not that.

Does it do the same thing on a different TV?
That looks like two things to me. One, it could be a ground loop. Or it also could be AC line interference from the AC adapter. Are you plugging it in directly to the TV or using a selector box? Also do you live near big power lines or anything that could create high radio or microwaves? Have you anything in your house that is drawing a lot of current?
Have you tried a different AC adapter, that could be going out. Maybe even a different video cable as well.
There's alot of things it could be but I'd start with the AC adapter and the video cable first.

"...leave love bleeding, in my hands, in my hands again..."
Might be interference.
Have you tried both channel 3 and 4?

Failing capacitors in the power supply area possibly?
I hate to say this since recently any electronic problem is instantly blamed on capacitors- but I've seen this in a couple NES units, and I'm sure this will happen more frequently, the capacitors in the shielded RF converter box start to leak, removing it is a pain, on the last unit I could see where the traces on the opposite side where starting to be eaten away by the leaky caps. You'll be able to smell a faint fishy odor in the RF box, which only gets worse when you remove the capacitors. Once you remove them make sure to clean the PCB well.
Given that AC rectification is taking place inside the NES it wouldn't surprise me if it wasn't a few failing capacitors inside there. The power circuitry only has a handful that should be replaced by now as they've likely run dry.
I fix things. You name it, I'll work on it. Want something modded? Recapped?
