When it comes to collecting videos games, I've always considered the Sega Master System my area of expertise. Back in my days of heavy collecting (the 90's and early 2000's), I managed to obtain every US released game (aside from the Sonic UPC sticker!)
Today I stumbled across an SMS item I'd only heard of but never seen before. It's one of the seven released Sega Team Newsletter issues, number 4 to be exact. Snagged it for only $1.99! It had a bad tear on the back cover (now nicely taped up), but aside from that everything looks in great condition! I know these are VERY rare. But just HOW rare are they, and how much are they worth? For what I paid I'm very happy, and I now own a nice little piece of Sega history. Here are some pics! (This was the newsletter that offered the limited edition mail away only SMS title Power Strike. It's neat to finally be able to read the actual offer!)
