$60-80 bucks apiece for Xbox 360/PS3 copies. College Hoops 2K8 is also selling well, $40-60. None of these games were particularly rare...though NCAA Basketball 10 released to far less fanfare than any other EA Sports release. Everyone need their March Madness fix or what?

They were the last college hoops games released, and rosters can be modified to keep current.

One of those 2K8 sealed copies was mine.

I have both games (loved both - but 2K8 more) but didn't realize there was such a markup for them now. I was actually considering just ordering 2K8 for $5 when I got a hankering to play it instead of having my parents ship me my copy (most of my games reside there - the life of being in an apartment...). So much for that lol - they'll be shipping me my game.
