AdamG, thanks for the welcome. I noticed you are from the coast of NH...I'm from the coast of Maine, South Portland to be exact. We're practically neighborsOriginally Posted by AdamG
Here is a list of those 29 games I need to beat. A few of them, like Golf Grand Slam, I simply haven't gotten around to, but most of them are ones I have been putting off. Just ignore the numbers next to the games, they are my difficulty ratings.
They are:
A
Adventures of Rad Gravity (Activision) --6
B
Bandit Kings of Ancient China (Koei) --10
Battle Chess (Data East) --9
Black Bass (Hot-B) --8
Blue Marlin (Hot-B) --8
C
Championship Pool (Mindscape) --6
F
F-15 Strike Eagle (Microprose) --8
F-117A Stealth Fighter (Microprose) --8
G
Gemfire (Koei) --8
Godzilla 2 (Toho) --8
Golf Grand Slam (Atlus) --4
H
Hillsfar (FCI) --8
L
L'Empereur (Koei) --9
M
Magician (Taxan) --9
Might & Magic (American Sammy) --8
Miracle Piano Teaching System (Mindscape) --10
N
Nobunaga's Ambition II (Koei) --9
O
Overlord (Virgin) --9
P
Pirates (Ultra) --8
Pool of Radiance (FCI) --8
R
Romance of the Three Kingdoms 2 (Koei) --9
S
Shingen the Ruler (Hot-B) --9
Silent Service (Ultra) --9
Star Trek 25th Anniversary (Ultra) --5
Star Trek: The Next Generation (Absolute) --9
T
Tombs and Treasures (Infocom) --6
U
Ultima: Warriors of Destiny (FCI) --10
Uncharted Waters (Koei) --9
W
Wario's Woods (Nintendo) --7
Not a lot of fun ones there, but I do look forward to eventually getting into Wario's Woods and Tombs and Treasures.
Can anyone determine for me what "Finishing" Miracle Piano might entail? I've gotten some suggestions, like finishing the sub games or finishing all the lessons, but is there anyone really familiar with this game here?
American NES games left to beat: 3
Last 3 NES games beaten: Romance of the Three Kingdoms II, Nobunaga's Ambition II and Gemfire

- Where you live: Belfast, northern ireland
- How you found the forums: A link from a forum a found from a link from a forum i found from a link from my original forum.
- What systems you collect for: Neo geo aes and pocket, nes, snes, md, sms, psx, ps2, xbox, gc, jag, mega cd, lynx, amiga, gba im sure there a few more, on the look for decent games mainly
- What you do in "real life": Imagine brad pitt, then take away the good looks and make him irish. oh, and shorter too.
Oh man, I remember playing some of these.
With Battlechess you may as well play through on the easiest level to speed through it, because those animations of each piece defeating the other gets rather tedious after awhile.
Star Trek 25th Anniversery was pretty fun, and I'm not even a Star Trek fan. Your mileage may vary.
My guess would be finishing the lessons and games, and becoming proficient at the piano. It's not really a game per se, but more of a teaching tool. Just complete everything the title offers.Originally Posted by adaml
