Default Need Advice Right Away! Sega Genesis, 32x, and Sega CD Plus 51 Games for $80...

    Is it worth it?

Supposedly the systems come with all their cables, controllers and the 51 games are all complete.

    Spiderman vs the Kingpin
    Dragon's Lair
    Golden Axe

Some of the games were told to me.

Sure. Even if the Sega CD doesn't work, 51 complete games will bring you some money (unless 40 of them are sports titles, of course). A 32X with the necessary components will run you half of that right now. A working Sega CD will run the same. A model one Sega CD, if it works, is worth what you would pay for the entire lot.

If all three systems work and there's a decent collection of games, the lot is worth no less than $200 or so. $80 is a steal imo.

Yes it's worth it. I'm a bit surprised this needed to be asked for a lot like that, the games were described as complete so they're worth the cost by themselves.
