where can you buy a r4ds card?
Try this link:

Where do you live?
I live in Toronto, and I can buy them at half a dozen stores around my neighbourhood.
http://r4-3.com/r4-ds-revolution-mic...pter-p-48.html works, apparently. $5.95 and free shipping.
It's even cheaper at http://www.v2watch.com/flash-card-c-...tsort=3&page=1 , but you have to give up the fancy packaging.
And of course either way you can expect it to take a few weeks to arrive. Remember that an authentic R4 (and you should probably avoid the clones) cannot use SDHC, so you're limited to 2 GB flash cards.

True, the old authentic r4ds is for collectors. Extremely outdated yet has its place in ds flash card history.
Lum fan.
Not sure what the situation with the EZ Flash IV is (I am quite astonished if they still make them at all), but if I'm not mistaken the R4i is one of those inferior clones.

If you need a card and aren't too worried about speed, SDHC prices have plummeted. Slower class 32 GB micro sd can be found under $15 shipped nowadays. Woah.

By the way, what do they accept, exactly? I'd poke at it myself but it seems I would have to register first.
Also, don't forget that the EZ Flash IV takes miniSD cards – it's the only thing I've ever even heard of that uses miniSD. You'll probably want to get a microSD to miniSD adapter.

They only accept wire transfer and western union. I don't trust wiring stuff and I'm not going to mail a western union form...
Also I didn't really care if it's a clone or real. These are said to have 100% compatibility with all games so I went with that over something that doesn't have a claim like that listed in its details. More compatibility and features is all that matters here.
Yes the site is still selling EZ Flash IV. Until I get a mini SD or an adapter I'm just going to emulate GBA. I only got the EZ Flash IV so I could play the games on the Game Boy Player for Gamecube.
There's no excuse for them not to accept PayPal.
In other news, I have looked around online and nobody seems to have had their 3DS bricked by using an R4 in it yet. Still, I don't think I'll try it anytime soon because I have one of those launch models with the free GBA games downloaded.
I like to keep my game burning confined to the previous generation and earlier anyway so it drives me to support the current one and make normal use of the online features. Otherwise I end up ignoring the new games and not really notice stuff I really would have had fun with otherwise.
