Ask the buyer to cancel the sale.
Go to http://resolutioncenter.ebay.com/ and choose "I want to cancel a transaction." Enter the item number and you'll be prompted to add more info. eBay will send a message to the buyer asking if this is true and if he agrees, he doesn't have to pay you anymore, the sale is canceled, and you get your fees back.
