Question Game Identification: NES Game with Stealth and Window-Breaking

So, back on the Nintendo there was a game which my uncle owned that was an action game seemingly with levels broken into three parts. The first part had silhouettes walking by a window and you needed to break into the window while no shadows were walking across it. Then you'd swing inside, breaking the window to enter. If you made a mistake and there were guys there, they'd shoot and kill you and you'd lose a life. Otherwise you'd be in the building and need to be sneaky to complete your mission.

Any ideas on the name of this game? It's a really good one, and we'd play it for hours.

Astrosmash, Drixxel, +5 meseta to you both. "Rescue" was indeed the correct answer!

I also give an imaginary rag rappy doll as a bonus item to Astrosmash for having answered so quickly in the first place! Enjoy your virtual goods, and thanks again!
