Thanks for the heads up. Kind of pricey, but I'm sure they're going to be impossible to find later. I ordered one.
The seller seems to agree with you concerning price. They've gone out of their way to keep it hidden until you actually add it to the cart.
I can see this being worthwhile for people that want to use the keyboard and music synthesizer, but not for anyone who just wants to use controllers, it's a bit much.
I got mine in the mail today. It works fine, for what it is. I used it with Nostalgia, and I was able to map all of the buttons. I do have an ECS, but not a music keyboard. I didn't bother with pulling out the ECS to test it with this.
It's not quite like using a controller on an Intellivision though, where the disc is concerned. With the console, you can slide your finger on the disc from one position to another for continuous movement. For example: In BurgerTime, you can be pressing right then slide the disc to go down a ladder. That works fine on the console. But on the PC, it's emulating a joystick. So the positions between right and down look like other directions and are not recognized. The burger man just stops moving until the disc reaches the down position.
Same thing in Night Stalker. You can't slide your finger from one direction to another to turn a corner, because he stops moving.
