Default mSata SSD Cache drive for secondary HDD.

All right, so I got everything picked out and ready to go for my new PC build I'll be doing in a couple weeks. But now I just thought of something. Would a 32GB SSD mSata cache drive be good for my gaming drive? Here's my build:

    SilverStone Temjin-TJ08BE MicroATX case
ASUS ROG Maximus V Gene MicroATX
    Intel i5 2500k processor
Aftermarker cooler for overclocking (Undecided on which. I'll take some recommendations)
nVidia GTX 570 (Carry over from previous build)
nVidia GTS 250 (PhysX. Carry over from an even older build)
    Crucial 128GB SSD (Boot drive)
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB HDD (Gaming Drive)
Western Digital Caviar Green 2TB HDD (Storage. Carry over)

My mother board comes with an mPCIE card that I want to take full advantage of. It's designed so that I have to take the entire motherboard out if I want to add to it once installed on the motherboard, so I just want to take care of it now. I'm already planning on adding a Wi-Fi card to it, but I also want to add an SSD to it as it supports that as well.

What I am considering is adding a 32GB SSD to it, and setting it as a cache drive for my 1TB gaming drive. Would that be a viable option? Would that even work?

I don't know enough about that feature. I know the P8Z68 board supports SSD cache, for programs you use often. You'd think the Z77 board would also have that feature.
