Default Did Gameboy ruin your vision too? Post your vision power here!

Hey everyone, I thought of a great topic today to talk about with fellow gamers, especially those who grew up with Gameboy. The first one.
    Post your vision powers here!
For example, the best vision is usually called 20/20.

Mine is -8/-8, yes, negatives. It's that bad. I can't read size 12 font unless it's 2 inches from my face without my contact lenses in.

    Howbout you guys?

20/400, I'm damn near legally blind without my contacts. And always hated handheld systems, the tiny screen just gives me a headache, though the Vita/3DSXL is big enough that I can cope.

I couldn't tell you what my exact vision is, but I wear glasses on account of being very near sighted and I hate hand held gaming. Why crane my neck looking at a small screen, especially a green and black one?

I think you are confusing your corrective lens power with your vision measurement. Yes, a lens power of -8 is ridiculously high. The negative number simply means you are nearsighted. Anything over -6 is pretty extreme.

Your vision measurement will always be 20/something. 20/400 essentially means you can only read the huge "E" at the top of an eye chart. I don't know what my measurement is without my contacts, but with them, I am at 20/15, which means I can see at 20 feet what others can only see at 15. My lens powers are just over -5.

You're right, I did confuse them. I assumed most of us have lenses or glasses already, so I figured they'd post their strengths of those! So far, I'm the most blind?
