Default PS1 Ethernet / Hotel Controller

A few months ago, someone posted one of these in a Finds topic. I knew I had one but couldn't find it. I'm finalizing my move and cracked open an old box today I had labeled as "scrap parts". This was in there.

Any idea on value? I don't collect PS1 so it's not something I care to keep.

I think someone at assembler said these Lodgenet PlayStation controllers are about $50.

Kitsune Sniper found a pair. I bought em from him so Dangerboy and I could have one. At least one of the two I got was brand new. No wear on the d-par d or buttons what so ever. Cables look like they were still wrapped like they came out of the package day one. Not good for much of anything but a talking point.

I think 50 is steep myself and wouldn't have paid that if Kitsune had asked that much for each.
Because it makes no attempt to be great, it is therefore extremely great.

Wow. I didn't know these existed. I have the Lodgenet N64 controller, but that one has extra buttons for television controls.

Yeah, I sold the pair but I didn't ask for fifty bucks. They're not -that- rare...

I sold Stu the pair for $25 shipped. So more or less, $10 per pad. You might be able to get a bit more on eBay, but keep in mind their fee cut would bring your profit back down to $10ish. Plus, stupid buyers. "Why won't this pad work on my PS1?!?!?!?!?!"

Thanks for the information fellas. It's went back into a box until I can fool with it in a few weeks.
