in case anyone is interested in being a vendor at our show...
The Portland Retro Gaming Expo is now Registering Vendors for the PRGE 2013 on October 5th and 6th at the Oregon Convention Center! we will be in the same Hall as last year (Hall C) and will have parking like last year. we will have Friday for vendors to set up AND we will also have Monday to load out if you need to. This year we will be doing things a bit different, all booth and tables spaces come with tables and is included in the price. All tables will have black linen/skirts this year! All spaces will have pipe and drape but not the tall drape like last year, they will be at about 4 feet tall. If you need to hang banners you still can, even thought the drape will only be 4ft tall, the pipe will be as tall as last year and you can string some banners up that way if need be or you can hang them on the front of the table(s).
Below are the prices for vendor spaces and parking. Since the OCC (Oregon Convention Center) has raised their prices on us this year we must do the same. BUT for those that want to pay for their space before Jan 31st we'll sell the space at last years prices (even a little cheaper then last year counting table prices) and for those that wait it will cost more.
all prices are with tables, and if paid in full before Jan 31th 2013

Booth (11x11 with 3 tables) =250.00
Double booth (11x22 with 6 tables) = 500.00
triple booth (11x33 with up to 9 tables) = 750.00
Mega Booth (11x44 or 22x22 with up to 12 tables) =1,000.00
Super Mega booth (30x30 with up to 16 tables) =1,250.00
all prices are with tables, and if paid in full before April 30th 2013

Parking is 30.00 for a single space (car/small truck) or 60.00 for large truck both are in the outdoor I-5 lot and only covers Friday morning through Sunday evening (please if you need a parking space don't wait till the day of the show to get it) Also if any of you would like to be a Sponsor we have our PONG package that gets you a banner on our website and 1 flyer in our show bags for 100.00
payment can be made by check/money order/cash or by credit card (Google wallet)
