no one has this listed I'm certain
DRAGON WARRIOR. - NES (the cartridge not the emulator)
I started the saved game in 1992...played a bit here and there and finally worked my way up to level 20 and defeated the Dragon Lord....felt like such an epic quest because it lasted so long. I logged my date in that little blue book I got with Nintendo Power a long time ago. Also used the dragon warrior strategy guide from Nintendo Power..I got the map memorized now...

    *edit* 1. Forza Horizon (XBOX 360) 1/1
    2. The Walking Dead Episode 1 (xbox 360) 1/2
    3. Batman Arkham City (PC) 1/6
    4. The Walking Dead Episode 2 (xbox 360) 1/26
    5. The Walking Dead Episode 3 (xbox 360) 1/28

Well finished chapter 2.. Very fucked up parts in it similar to texas chainsaw massacre. Very fucked up.. I think thats all I can get into on that
    5/5

On a side note..... For some reason I can not get Episode 3 to start... It just jumps me back to episode 1 (which now just fucked up my game entirely so once I figure this out I will have to start all over again but still what the hell?!?) I skipped to Episode 4 to see what would happen and nothing... screen goes black and nothing.... The console didn't freeze because i can still go through the consoles menu options and all that. So I have no idea what the hell is going on there.

Got episode 3 working and finished it. Very fucked up and sad. Really shows darkside of humanity and struggles in a situation like this.
I did find a weird ass glitch that wouldnt let me continue. I reloaded my game and it was fine. But still. Obviously they didnt test this series enough because i read they have had alot of glitch complaints

    5/5 regardless though

A few weeks ago I bought Dynamite Cop for the Dreamcast, had been looking for this game for years! Sat down when I got home and beat it within 30 minutes. Considering there are multiple paths and methods of play I will continue exploring it solo and with others. It's a really fun beat 'em up that's much easier than Die Hard Arcade, but I like them both despite never beating DHA before.

    1. Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode 2 (XBLA, 1/7)
    2. The Walking Dead: Episode 5: No Time Left (XBLA, 1/7)
    3. Pokémon: Dream Radar (3DS, 1/29)
    4. Sonic the Hedgehog (GG, 1/31)
    5. Ultraman: Toward the Future (SNES, 1/31)

Doing some catch up, Sonic was pretty fun on the Game Gear, much harder than its console counterpart. Ultraman was...interesting. I'm not sure how I played it and beat it when I was younger, the controls feel very clunky and the game gets pretty difficult toward the game.

    1. Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams (PC) 1/31

I wanted to get my first beaten game of the year in before January was over, and I just barely made it by a couple hours. And funny enough, this is the exact same day of the year as my first beaten game of 2012. This is also the first time a PC game has been on one of my lists and probably the last (not counting emulation, which I use once in a blue moon, anyway). A few little flaws aside, Giana was a fantastic game and well worth making an exception to my usual "I'm not a PC gamer" stance.

Yeah, I happened to be on a few hours to midnight pacific time, figured I'd go ahead since it was already the new year everywhere else. Although it's been a slow gaming year for me so far, having really had a chance to sit down with anything yet.

I've started several games, but haven't completed any of them yet. Getting rather close with FF6 though, and almost completely done with a 100% run of Kingdom Hearts. But I've got other things to do as well, so gaming doesn't take first priority at all.

Much better than the earlier UB 22 (which I realize I neglected to add before this update), it hasn't aged the best, but it was entertaining.

Resident Evil 6 - PS3 - Leon & Helena campaign multiplayer. Solid game chaotic as hell which I loved time to play through the other campaigns now.

    1. Super Stardust HD

Finally finished this off. Got this for free as part of the free downloads PSN had after the hacking. It's a nice, flashy Robotron clone. And I loves me some Robotron.

    1. Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII (PS2)
DoC was an ... okay game, I guess. The gameplay was too generic, storyline was so-so, and there was a lot of bad voice acting, bad voice acting directing, and bad dialogue writing. And a couple of bad designs. (There have been a lot of strange character designs in the FF games, but Shalua's costume is probably the worst I've seen yet.) But it was cool to get more info on Vincent's past, at least.

    2. Kuri Kuri Mix (PS2)
Also known as "The Adventures of Cookie and Cream" in the US, this was an incredibly fun co-op game! Each player controls a rabbit on their side of the screen, and the two can't cross over to each others' sides, but have to help each other out in order to progress. Incredibly fun, addicting, silly, and hilarious! Can also be quite a bit challenging at times. Highly recommended for people who would like a fun co-op game with a bunch of laughs!

    Kingdom Hearts (PS2)
Hadn't played this since it was released, and it still holds up! Now I need to play the sequels, which I've never touched(mainly because I wanted to play through the first game again). I didn't do any of the four optional bosses, but everything else was 100%.

A bit of a headache, but pretty fun. Really love the music. And for the record, I choose the second V.

    1. Streets of Rage 2 (GG) 2/6

I was completely impressed by how they managed to squeeze the Genesis game in a Game Gear cartridge! The graphics, sound, and music were satisfying and the tried and true beat em up formula works well in the portable package. The game seemed shorter than the Genesis version (probably because they KNEW the batteries would die) but was still long enough to satisfy.
My webcomic about three kitties and their humans. Touches on different subject matter (including video games) and updates every Sunday and Wednesday. (The kitties demand you read it!)

What can I say. I remember alot of people calling this a Fallout Rip off but done in a good way and in a sense I went in expecting such specially after my buddy ranting and raving how good it is.

Its in a sense nothing like fall out other then being in a desolate sandbox style land scape and being a FPS.

It takes place on another planet which is over ran by con artists and thieves and killers and bandits and ect ect ect with a few good people here and there and you are after a vault thats been written into the planets mythology only evidence has shown up to support the notion that its real!
The graphics are done in a cell shaded kinda way. I don't know if it was my computer or what but kinda sloppy in my opinion.
The sound had a nice original sound track with 2 released tracks put on at the begining and end of the game.

Everything works on a leveling scheme (which i guess works like fallout sorta) The higher the level your character is the better. The higher classed your gun is the better.

Its fun and its addicting. The respawn things I thought was a nice new touch to a game like this. Pretty neat idea. Although I was not fond of it ripping you of like 8% or something like that of your money to respawn. But whatever

The bad is I think the graphics were sloppily done but once again that might be how my computer rendered them *shrug*.
The shields and guns and grenade mods and all that mumbo jumbo they used soooooo many combinations it basically seemed endless and its kinda difficult to really grasp on whats better then the next. I kinda gave up used the number and value and crossed my fingers and hope it was better.
Also the one thing that really annoyed the hell out of me. Is how everything and I mean EVERYTHING respawns in this game. You kill a army of bandits and psychos and leave the area for 10 minutes.. Come back and they are all back again as if nothing happened. and it does that with everything all the creatures and humans (except for bosses thank god).

One thing I felt was odd though is if you level up way high (i ended with level 36). You can actually beat this game very easily. Infact I beat the final boss not only on my first try... But without taking any damage. I never done that before. Felt weird.
