What I know of is: to install the CD dev. BIOS you need to put a switch on the outside of the system to change between the dev. and normal BIOS for the specific CD you put in the system and that you need to basically do the same for the base Jaguar for the dev. CD to be recognized by the base Jaguar it needs a dev. BIOS as well.

Now for the questions:

1. I hear that there is a cracked dev. BIOS for the CD that doesn’t require wire soldering or a switch to be installed, but do you still need the base Jaguar to have a dev. BIOS?

2. If I get a bypass cart for the Jaguar CD instead of changing the BIOS will the base Jaguar still need to have a dev. BIOS?

3. If it’s required for the previous questions, is there a cracked dev. BIOS for the base Jaguar that doesn’t require a switch to be installed?

With a system this rare I really don’t want to do any external mods to it but I still want to play the beta/ homebrew games out there for it, is that possible?
