    Default New ColecoVision Game Released!

In honor of Classic Gaming Expo, Digital Press is happy to release "Number Bumper" for the ColecoVision in binary format to all.

The game seems fairly complete, and though I haven't figured it out entirely (numbers simply baffle me... I wish I were smarter), it's more "game" than "education", which is all red-blooded gamers could ever ask for.

Download the game at the Virtual CGE page here:
    http://www.digitpress.com/cge

... and report back your findings! Some instructions to all would be very helpful!

Special thanks to DP guy Ian "ianoid" Baronofsky for finding the game and allowing us to dump it and share with everyone. Game ON!

Might this wind up on cartridge a year or so down the road? I think I smell a CGE 2K4 release just dying to happen.

    Quite the skeptics here, eh?

    1. No one is making any money off of it, and the CGE team doesn't sell games that have already been released to the public via binary file like this. It's YOURS now.

    2. It was on an EPROM originally. Ian told this story in another thread here awhile back. Try a search on Number Bumper.

    3. It's not a homebrew. It's an unreleased game by Sunrise, the guys who did Quest for Quintana Roo and Mountain King for ColecoVision.

Hasn't Telegames and ADAM's House had this game for a while? It's listed in their catalogs.
