Default Are these n64 games worth opening?

So at an estate sale today I bought these 4 n64 games that were sealed. All $3 each. Upon further inspection it appears they are blockbuster reseals, well at least 3 are? The Turok Rage Wars has a target sticker on the back. A few observations: I thought that bb game boxes had stickers on them? So if these are reseals should I open them? The boxes are mostly in nice shape especially the Midnight Creatures. Are they worth anything?Click image for larger version.

If it is not a factory seal then it is worth the same value as any other open box game based on condition. Anyone can reseal games. I have a sealer at my home I use to seal and protect games but the value is the same as opened. Unless you are Gamestop where you sell open games and say they are new because we had to take the game out of the box and display it on the shelf.
