So I recently sold a few NES games on Ebay, one of them was "Star Trek: 25th Anniversary". The person who bought it emailed me after receiving it, complaining that there was no sound in the game. At first, I thought maybe he had his NES hooked up wrong, and wasn't getting any audio. I asked him to make sure his system was hooked up correctly, and he told me that he could hear the music, but couldn't hear the voices. He then said that he thought you could hear actual spoken dialogue in the game. When I told him you're not supposed to hear them speak, cause it's an old NES game...he complained about having to resort to reading text, and said he would have never bought the game had he known the characters don't actually speak!
