I'd say he or she is giving you the "friends discount". Good price and you don't have to deal with shipping and all the other hassles eBay can offer.

I'd do it, prices are only going to rise on that one. Not bad for loose at all. Besides, you can inspect the cart in person I assume and determine label/cart edge condition etc.
As the other guys said, I think that it's a fair price for it. I would probably take him up on it.

I passed on it unfortunately, it was torn where the label bends just before the title.
