what OS for a mac 6110CD?
well thankfully my Macintosh 5200CD fell off the table and shattered (okay, maybe it was shoved) and I have recently acquired a mac performa 6110CD with matching monitor. I already like this computer more even being that its a first gen 60mhz power pc where the 5200 was a 75mhz. Anyways, the 5200 had OS 8.1 installed because I read that OS smoothed out a lot of that systems issues. currently my 6110cd has system 7.5 i think and i'm wondering if I should make the jump to system 8.
I know its only a little slower then my 5200 was and it defiantly meets the OS requirements but I cant find anything on the web suggesting os 8 for this machine where it was heavily suggested for the 5200.
