It was in fact Guerrilla War for NES. Found it today. The train on the box freaked me out. Best 8 bucks ive spent in a while. Dont know how I couldnt figure it out even after it was refferenced on here. But I did find it thanks to the list you all gave me. Thanks Everyone.

That's awesome because Guerrilla War is a great game, and its actually an affordable NES game. It runs a close 2nd behind Contra for my favorite NES shooters.

It is indeed a great game. Good example of how SNK should've handled the Ikari Warriors conversions.
