Cave Story+ might qualify, I'm not sure if its on 360/PS3 though...

Rogue Legacy, Mark of the Ninja, Strider, and Guacamelee! probably qualify too.

If you mean an easier cartoon style platforming game that's just a fun romp, good luck, there's few at best. Stuff like Duck Tales is why Nintendo still has a place in the market and especially with the younger demographics.

Spelunker HD is really fun, can be really challenging if not used to the controls.
Also MegaMan 9, Megaman 10, Space Invaders Infinity, X-men, Gunstar heroes, Pixeljunk, Crystal Defenders..

Try out the demo for Rocket Knight. I rarely purchase digital, but after playing the demo I was hoping the game would eventually go on sale for $5 or so because I really liked it. I'm not going to pay $15 for a digital game but $5 I would.

Little Big Planet 2 is really good, plus there are a lot of great player created stages. Not exactly cartoon like, but sort of mascot character you'd see in a cartoon.

They're not on the PS360, but on the PSP, Prinny 1 and 2. If you're looking for something kind of easy though, then look elsewhere, but if you're just in the style of graphics and gameplay, then these games are a good choice. They're two amazing platformers. Every time I mention them I always bring up how I think NIS is developing for the wrong genres. As good as they are at developing platformers, they should create more of them. Unfortunately, their passion is to make very crappy games in the RPG genre.

Not for the PS360, but on the new Wii U Donkey Kong, Tropical Freeze I think, Cranky Kong is a playable character and uses his cane to do a pogo bounce just like Scrooge on DuckTales.

It is tropical freeze and yes Cranky is a player who handles much like McDuck with the cane as a pogo and so on.
