This is an awesome shooter, and a rare one as well. Made by Gamtec of Taiwan. Below you can see a video of the game in action. There is also a slightly more famous, more common Sega MD version of this game.

Time Diver Avenger - $40
This is an unreleased game by Taito. It was later published by a Taiwanese game company, which also would publish Insector X (another Taito game) in Taiwan. An excellent Taito game.
