Looks ok, but def not the most impressive. There are many really good hacks of smb3.

I just finished this, and it's highly enjoyable. I'm not at 100% yet, it's a fairly involved experience to do so. You need all the star coins to unlock the extra World 0, and 4 keys hidden in alternate routes throughout the game to progress in World 0. Once you get all the star coins, You need to clear all the new challenges that crop up in random levels, such as collect all purple coins to get a 4th star coin from that level. New powers, the addition of Yoshi in some levels, the star coins and worlds based on past Mario games await you. The game has a battery save if you opt for a repro cart. The Konami code also has a presence.

I think this is the best NES Mario hack yet, it's like a Mario World/NSMB hybrid made on the SMB3 engine.

Flashback Entertainment offers this as a CIB and cart only, and they have lots of others interesting things available and upcoming.
