So this has been really bothering me, and I cannot figure it out.

Track 3 on this cd (http://ironpier.bandcamp.com/album/you-are-beneath-her) has background noise of an arcade. One theme stands out from the rest of the noises. What game is it?

That's Bradinsky from Atari's illegal arcade and NES builds of Tetris.

It's a pretty enjoyable track, but not quite as good as the far more famous Korobeiniki.
